It has been a while since we last posted. 2023 has been a very busy year filled with many projects, exciting life events and even a few trips.

We have been keeping busy with various projects during off season.  We hope these things will make stays even better than before.

Some much-needed snow has graced us with its presence recently. It is a beautiful, winter wonderland in our favorite place. Our Christmas lights are up and providing a Christmassy glow that reflects off the glistening snow. When you come around the last curve and see Red River, it is a breathtaking sight!

We are getting ready to kick off our busy Christmas season. We still have a few cabins available before Christmas if you are itching to try the new powder on the mountain. Just give us a call and we will do our best to help you.

As we approach this most special time of the year, we want to pause and remember all of our special guests that have joined us throughout this past year. We cannot thank you enough for staying with us at the Rio Colorado, and we look forward to seeing those who are able to return again to stay with us. We are excited to reconnect with old friends and to welcome new ones into our Rio family.

From all of us at The Rio Colorado, we hope your Christmas and New Year is blessed with the love of family and friends. Hold your loved ones tight and remember the Reason for the Season.
