The Booker Retreat Cabin is located on Main Street and has a nice large porch facing the playground, pond, and mountains. Named after the founding family of Rio Colorado this brand new cabin offers upgraded amenities, while still having the rustic charm Rio Colorado Cabins is known for. The Booker Retreat has a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, TV and a Master Bathroom with a closet and shower. The second Bedroom has a Queen Bed and TV. The second bathroom is shared and has a large shower. The kitchen and dining room has upgraded appliances and amenities such as a garbage disposal and dishwasher. The Living Room has a large TV, pullout couch and pullout chair and a children’s day loft with two chairs and a TV for Streaming and gaming. The Booker Retreat is equipped with a mini-split heating and air conditioning system. The cabin can hold 6 adults and 2 children. The Booker Retreat does not accept pets.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

A ONE NIGHT deposit is required at the time of making a reservation. If mailing a check it must be received within 5 business days of making a reservation. This deposit confirms the reservations for the stated number of days. The balance for the full reservation period is due upon arrival. Our cancellation policy is the same as most resort areas. A two-week notice of cancellation is required for any cancellations, changes in the dates, or number of days. A refund less 20% will be issued ONLY if a two-week notice is given. There will be NO REFUNDS FOR LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS, CHRISTMAS RESERVATIONS, OR EARLY CHECK-OUTS.
