Golden Treasure Cabin

The Golden Treasure Retreat Cabin is located on Main Street and has a nice large porch facing the playground, pond, and mountains. Named after one of Red River’s old mines (and our Cross Street), this brand new cabin offers upgraded amenities, while still having the rustic charm Rio Colorado Cabins is known for. The Golden Treasure Retreat has a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, TV and a Master Bathroom with a closet and shower. The second Bedroom has a Queen Bed and TV. The second bathroom is shared and has a large shower. The kitchen and dining room has upgraded appliances and amenities such as a garbage disposal and dishwasher. The Living Room has a large TV, Queen pullout couch, and single pullout chair. The Children’s Day loft has two chairs and a TV for Streaming and Gaming. The Golden Treasure Cabin has a mini-split heating and air conditioning system. The cabin can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. The Booker Retreat does not accept pets.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

A ONE NIGHT deposit is required at the time of making a reservation. If mailing a check it must be received within 5 business days of making a reservation. This deposit confirms the reservations for the stated number of days. The balance for the full reservation period is due upon arrival. Our cancellation policy is the same as most resort areas. A two-week notice of cancellation is required for any cancellations, changes in the dates, or number of days. A refund less 20% will be issued ONLY if a two-week notice is given. There will be NO REFUNDS FOR LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS, CHRISTMAS RESERVATIONS, OR EARLY CHECK-OUTS.
