Smokey Bear Cabin
The Smokey Bear Cabin is our brand new 1 Bedroom cabin facing Main Street. It resides in the place of our old historic cabin 15 and has a nice vaulted porch that is perfect for watching parades and all the Main Street activities. The bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. The Cabin also has a full kitchen, spacious bathroom with a shower and a living room with a pullout couch and a large TV. This unit is also equipped with a dishwasher, and mini-split heater and air conditioning system. The Smokey Bear cabin can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. We do not allow pets or smoking.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
A ONE NIGHT deposit is required at the time of making a reservation. If mailing a check it must be received within 5 business days of making a reservation. This deposit confirms the reservations for the stated number of days. The balance for the full reservation period is due upon arrival. Our cancellation policy is the same as most resort areas. A two-week notice of cancellation is required for any cancellations, changes in the dates, or number of days. A refund less 20% will be issued ONLY if a two-week notice is given. There will be NO REFUNDS FOR LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS, CHRISTMAS RESERVATIONS, OR EARLY CHECK-OUTS.
